So awhile ago someone had posted a magazine contest from cosmo girl on our bulletin board in my media class. It was a contest called "are you next" about being discovered as the next photographer, painter, fashion designer, or sculptor. and the winner recieved a week long internship in LA along with a bunch of other cool prizes. I enterd the contest and sent a 50 word essay along with 3 of my photos.
Today I got an email saying i won runner up! there were 5 runners-up and then one winner. So I won 50bucks to pac sun (they were holding the cosmogirl contest) and a one year free membership to an art museum in my hometown. and a free art class in my hometown! Isn't that exciting. I have to fill out a form and have it notorized and send it to them in 14 days er i won't get my prize so i'm gonna be all over that shit today lol. But yeah just wanted to share my excitement hehe.
